Refund Policy

We have implemented a no refund policy, payment is forfeited. If a customer purchases or rents one of our products or services, there will be no refunds, payment is forfeited. However, this does not include any manufacture defects. For any manufacturer defects we will offer an equal replacement, a return authorization code will be required. If the product was damaged in shipping the refund will be handled by the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend that you understand this before making a payment. Otherwise, we have a NO REFUND or exchange policy with exceptions above, payment is forfeited.

If a refund is issued, the shipping fee (s) and restocking fee (based on the product) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida; the courts of which the parties hereby agree shall address any disputes hereunder. The parties have executed this agreement on the date of purchase.
